Assuming you have contacted me to make sure I am available on the date of your event & a price has been agreed.

• If you have not already asked for one, all you have to do is contact me & ask for a booking form.
• A booking form will be posted or emailed to you. Along with a copy of my terms & conditions.
• Complete & sign the booking form & return it to me with a deposit, 20% of the total fee. This will secure your date. Your date will not be secure untill the booking form & deposit have been recieved. See terms & conditions.
